Do you like taking pictures?  I love taking pictures.  Welcome to digital dummy photography.  Does using a digital camera with all its buttons and features make you nervous?  Digital dummy photography is here to tell you not to be.  With the digital cameras out there today it’s easier than ever.  Just load the software that came with the camera onto your computer, put the batteries in, turn the camera on and your ready to go.   The best way not to be a digital dummy is to just start playing with it.  It’s the best way to learn about you camera.

Don’t let them make you feel like a digital dummy,  they are easy to use.  The hardest part is finding where they are.   Digital dummy photography is telling you to take some time and go through the manual and get familiar with the buttons and the different modes.  Check out the zoom, the flash, the display panel on the back. Check out the different modes you might have.  Most cameras have an auto mode but you could also have a scene, action, portrait and  video modes.  So take the time to check your camera out and see what features it has.  Digital dummy photography knows once you get familiar with where all the features are on your camera you won’t fell like such a dummy.

Digital dummy photography now wants you to check out how much memory you camera has so you know how many images it will hold.  Nothing will make you fell like a dummy quicker than realizing you are out of memory just when you found something you really wanted a photo of.  Digital dummy photography also thinks you might want to consider getting an extra memory card for storage.  You might also consider carrying an extra set of batteries if you don’t have a docking station.  Most cameras need to be on a docking station in or another type of charger in order to recharge the batteries.  Go out and start taking pictures.  Digital dummy photography wants you to remember you don’t have to fell like a dummy, you can’t make a mistake.  Since you don’t have film you don’t have to worry if you don’t like how the picture turned out.  If you don’t like the photo you can delete it and try again no wasted film here.
